Για αγορές ύψους 80€ και άνω η αποστολή γίνεται δωρεάν σε όλη την Ελλάδα

Οι παραδόσεις γίνονται στην πόρτα σας από:

• ELTA COURIER
  Για παραγγελίες εντός Αττικής το κόστος μεταφοράς είναι 3€.
  Το κόστος αντικαταβολής ανέρχεται στα +1.5€.
  Η παράδοση των παραγγελιών γίνεται από 1 έως 2 εργάσιμες ημέρες εκτός αν κάποιο προϊόν δεν είναι διαθέσιμο.

Οι χρεώσεις αυτές επιβαρύνουν τον παραλήπτη και προστίθενται κατευθείαν στο συνολικό ποσό της παραγγελίας.
Τα προϊόντα αποστέλλονται αυθημερόν ή την επόμενη μέρα , εκτός αν κάποιο προϊόν δεν είναι διαθέσιμο.
Στην περίπτωση αυτή ο πελάτης ενημερώνεται μέσω e-mail ή τηλεφωνικά από εμάς και προγραμματίζουμε νέα ημερομηνία παράδοσης.

ΚΥΠΡΟΣ
Τα προϊόντα μας στην Κύπρο αποστέλλονται αποκλειστικά μέσω ΕΛΤΑ (Ελληνικά Ταχυδρομεία) το κόστος αποστολής ανέρχεται στα 7€ και πακέτα έως 0.5 Κg και 12€ για πακέτα βαρύτερα του 0.5 Kg. Η αντικαταβολή για Κύπρο δεν είναι διαθέσιμη. Η παράδοση των παραγγελιών γίνεται από 3 έως 4 εργάσιμες μέρες.

Μπορείτε να πληρώσετε τις παραγγελίες σας με 3 τρόπους:
1. Με αντικαταβολή / μετρητοίς
2. Με πιστωτική / χρεωστική κάρτα
3. Με κατάθεση σε τραπεζικό λογαριασμό

Shipping

We take speed of delivery very seriously. You will normally receive your product within 3 to 6 working days. The delivery of the ordered product will be made to the delivery address specified by the ordering party. If one or more of the items you have ordered are sold out at the time of ordering we are not responsible for any delivery delay that may occur till the product/s are back in stock. Although in this case will inform you immediately by email to let you know when the product will be back in stock and on how you wish to proceed with your order.

Hempoilshop.gr ships with regular post office and ACS. International orders carry additional shipping charges and must meet regulations for the sale of these products to that country.

Hempoilshop is 100% legal to ship to all US and EU territories. There are currently many other countries that allow hemp-based products to be marketed and sold. Contact us to verify that we can ship to your country prior purchase.

We ship all of our products from Greece. We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt (unless otherwise stated). Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM GMT, excluding holidays). Orders placed during special promotions or on a holiday are excluded. We do not ship on national holidays.

We ship worldwide but some countries have import regulations that delay the transportation of hemp based products. We hope that soon all the world will learn about hemp solutions, meanwhile we will notify you immediately if an inspection from your postal service or customs delays your package. However there are things that may further delay your shipment which are out of our control.

Returns Policy

We take our customer satisfaction very seriously hence all products are very carefully tested prior shipping. Please make sure to check your item thoroughly upon arrival. We only accept returns claimed within 7 days of receipt. The above conditions apply only in case of a defective, damaged or an incorrect item received. We are not responsible for any wrong purchase you may have made and due to the nature of our products, refund is not accepted. If you are shipping an item over €99, you should consider using a shipping service providing a tracking id or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and in its original condition.
